Er is geen riolering; vuilwaterafvoer en de afvalvoorziening lopen via de naastgelegen boerderij. Hier bevinden zich ook de parkeerplaats en de wateraansluiting. Hiervoor wordt een jaarlijkse bijdrage gevraagd. Indeling: Entree/hal, twee slaapkamers waarvan één met toegang tot de douche, toilet, woonkamer met open keuken en toegang tot het overdekte terras.
