Brixfox is an AI-powered real estate data and analytics platform. We aggregate, analyse, and present property investment data to help users make more informed decisions. We are a technology and data company — we are not a real estate agency, broker, financial advisor, or legal advisor.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, on a recurring basis. The Pro plan starts with a 7-day free trial: nothing is charged before the trial ends, and if you cancel during the trial you are not charged at all.
You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you can ask for a full refund of your subscription's first payment within 7 days of that payment. The guarantee covers the first payment of a Pro or Agency subscription, monthly or yearly; renewals are not covered. To claim it, email info@brixfox.com within those 7 days from the email address on your account, or tell us that address. We refund the payment to the card or account it was made with, and your paid access ends when the refund is issued. Refunds of anything else, including a renewal or an Underwriting Report, are handled case by case.
Prices are shown in US dollars, or in euros for buyers in the EU, the EEA, the UK and Switzerland. You are charged in the currency shown at checkout.
All content on Brixfox, including but not limited to text, data, graphics, AI-generated analyses, scores, and software, is the property of Rocket Science Pte. Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
You may not use the Platform to scrape data, reverse-engineer our algorithms, impersonate others, or engage in any unlawful activity. We reserve the right to restrict access at our sole discretion.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
