The Cape at Al Barari: The Final Chapter of a Living Legacy.

The Foundry is delighted to introduce a beautifully proportioned 1st-floor residence within The Cape, the definitive final chapter in Al Barari’s legendary 20-year story. Encompassing an impressive 1,787 sq. ft. , this 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom apartment is listed at AED 5,101,666. Featuring a generous private terrace that interacts intimately with the community's lush, ground-level canopy, this home offers an authentic botanical lifestyle. With an investor-centric 50/50 payment plan and handover scheduled for Q4 2028, this represents a highly strategic acquisition for buyers seeking substantial square footage, elite amenities, and long-term capital preservation in Dubai’s premier eco-luxury neighborhood.

Ultra-Luxury Low-Rise Living in Dubai’s Green Heart Surrounded by 500,000 Trees.

Situated on the 1st floor of this exclusive low-rise development, the residence fosters a deep, immediate connection to the surrounding landscape. The Cape’s architecture leans into organic fluidity, using rounded contours and tactile, earthy materials that allow the building to exist in perfect harmony with the more than 500,000 plants and trees of Al Barari. Inside the apartment, the boundary between the indoors and outdoors dissolves, providing residents with abundant natural light and an atmosphere of refined, quiet luxury that serves as the ultimate antidote to the city's fast pace.

Beyond the elegant confines of the apartment, an exceptional wellness-driven lifestyle awaits. Residents of The Cape enjoy privileged access to private facilities, including a resort-style pool, a high-performance gym, dedicated wellness treatment rooms, and a professional coworking lounge. A short stroll through the shaded, tree-lined pathways reveals Al Barari’s iconic broader offerings—from destination dining at The Farm to holistic therapies at the Heart & Soul Spa and energetic match play at Club Emelle. Even with this profound immersion in nature, effortless urban connectivity is guaranteed, with Downtown Dubai, DIFC, and major airports accessible within a 20-minute drive.
